stamina 4825

The Stamina Programmable Magnetic 4825 bike with its walk-thru design is easy to get on and off. Its adjustable, padded, molded seat with seatback keeps you in the correct position while you exercise so you get the best workout possible. Enjoy an effective low-impact aerobic workout in your home with the Stamina 4825 recumbent stationary bike with smooth, silent magnetic resistance – a great tool for increasing your metabolism for more efficient calorie and fat burning without the impact on your joints.

Superiority

Very high quality for this price; very sturdy and stable. Large computer display is easy to read and set. Easy seat adjust and tension knob. It is pretty simple to assemble about 30 until 60 minutes, and is easy to move around, in case you plan on using it in more than one room. The bike operates very quietly and smooth, so it’s not a problem listening to music, or watching TV without having to crank up the volume. The display screen is lower so that you can watch TV or do something other than stare at the screen. Fit for the people that 5’ to 6’5” tall.

Regarding performance, it is quiet and stable with enough resistance for most people. The Stamina 4825 has the bar almost vertical. This should help eliminate bending or breaking of the seat post.

Weaknesses

The seat isn’t that comfortable, but it was fine for a 30-minute session and the seat back can’t be adjusted. If you are less than 5’5″ and you sit totally on the seat and lean back, you feel like reclining. No big deal, but something to be aware of. Maybe you should add a cushion on your back.

Inaccurate calories-burned readout (though most machines are inaccurate, too ). No RPM settings on the console. When the tensions up to 7+, someone feel that the bike starts to wobble, making for an uncomfortable ride.
