The time continues accumulating for a few seconds after stop peddling. Does not have a lot of fancy options, just the basics, but they all work.

If you are taller than 5 feet 10 inches that you may have a little trouble and had to adjust the seat as high as it will go. And if you are more than 5’9”, you certainly too tall for this equipment without a booster seat J. If you are petite person (less than 5′) it would not work for you as it is a stretch to the pedals at the lowest seat setting. Or maybe you need to make an addition hole to adjust the seat lower.

For those who don’t have large room in their house for exercise equipment, the folding recumbent bike is an excellent choice. It can be placed in a space a little bigger than a large vacuum cleaner.
