The fuji road bike is one of the common sport bicycle used for road terrain. The first bicycle was introduced in the 19th century, while the road bike is the most common bike found, but later on, the mountain bikes are also common to be used for all terrain bicycles that normally used for daily activity. The fuji road bike provide entry level to specially designed road bike for sport. The fuji road bike for sport consist of three types of fuji bikes, the carbbon road, performance road and sport road.

The carbon fuji road bike are designed with carbon fiber frame for lighter weight that capable on delivering best performance on the road. This series mostly used for professional sport bicycle race. The performance fuji road bike uses custom butted alloy frame, while the sport road bikes use compact alloy with hydro formed top tube and down tube frame. The use of ten speed gear option is the common option for the fuji road bike. Fiber frame also used for lighter weight and strength. The light but strong frame enables the cyclist to save more energy and generate more speed during a bicycle races.

Road bike wheels are designed with several factors that intended for more speed and aerodynamic reason. The fuji road bike uses Fuji alloy wheel set or oval aero alloy wheel set for lighter rim set. Like any other road bicycle, the fuji road bike uses derailleur gears that uses ten speed with close gear ratios. Gear speed option for multiple gear selection enables cyclist to set the gear ratio to the most comfortable based on the terrain, the high gear can be used to gain more speed when cycling downhill. The higher gear enables cyclist to make less paddling to get or maintain high speed, but it takes more energy to turn the pedals.
